Wellness Care Organic Mountain Black Rice is a plant compound that contains anthocyanin antioxidants. It also known as purple rice or forbidden rice, is a range of rice types of the species Oryza sativa and G-60 genus in Nepal, sources of Anthocyanin antioxidants, some of which are glutinous rice but are naturally gluten-free.

For Rice: Rinse it before 2-4 hours then mix only 10% of your white/brown rice with which you preparing for your meal.
